Very new and clean hotel. Our new go-to spot in Valle de Guadalupe . They are finishing the pool and it looked like it was going to be very nice . Staff was very attentive. They left fruit and croissants in the room and staff was very friendly. Only recommendation (wife’s request) would be Nespresso Machine’s instead of Keurig :) Keurig is still a nice touch in my opinion though !

The property is absolutely gorgeous! The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. This was just a quick stop on our way to our final destination, but I’m already planning a return trip.
The pool is still under construction, but it looks like it will be a beautiful addition once completed, and I can’t wait to come back and enjoy it. The house itself is luxurious, elegant, and beautifully inspired by French architecture and design.
There’s a restaurant within walking distance, although it closes fairly early. Fortunately, there’s plenty to do nearby, including a beautiful zoo that’s perfect for families with children.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and are looking forward to returning to Château del Valle for a longer stay.

The stay at the hotel itself was great. The rooms were very clean, spacious and overall were wonderful. I say that because the hotel is also very very brand new. You can smell how new it is as you walk in. Yesenia, the employee who works onsite was extremely friendly, welcoming, helpful, she was attentive and also a great asset to our stay. My rating is mostly based on the fact that there is nothing else offered by the establishment. The value of what I paid vs wha I get was not enough. Everything is under construction. There is no pool and as you drive in you will see the entire place is in a dirt field still. Now, once you go into the building you’ll forget what else is outside. I really enjoyed that we mostly had the whole place to ourselves since we had a toddler with us. I would return when it’s completed to hopefully have a different experience.

Brand new but it’s still under construction The pool is not finished and so is the event hall. Beautiful Hotel though; clean, nice and decorated with a French style.
