Rooms are small but functional, room is clean and well maintained. Personal is very nice and very helpful.
My partner has a medical condition and the personal takes care of him.
They were very helpful with him.

THEY HAVE NO MATTRESSES BUT MATTRESSES

The hotel is in a great location if you go to the Guadalajara Expo. I had already stayed there a year ago, but on this lousy occasion it has NO mattresses but foam mats and also in terrible conditions, the one that touched me had an impossible edge to remove!!! It's a shame this!!! Unfortunate because the staff is very friendly and attentive, but this fact detracted from a thousand points to the hotel. Not that my aunt gave me a chance to sleep on the floor of her house on a mat!
The breakfast is delicious although it is not very enough for what it costs.
This year was not the best choice in terms of comfort and quality. If in terms of service and attention to staff and location

The room was not clean enough, the beds are very uncomfortable but the attention of the staff was really good and the location was convenient as the EXPO is very close by

Terribly dirty and unhygienic

I had a very unpleasant experience on site. The room smelled awful and it was hard to sleep. All the products offered by the room are of the lowest quality and worse than since I arrived the odorless was dirty, with short and long "hairs" and dirt days. It was a terrible experience that I do not recommend to anyone.

The room was spotless, and the staff were excellent! My only complaint was the cold water only in the bathroom sink. Also, there was no heat. I was there in December and the outside temperature was 61 in the early evening.
