The best accommodation ever for us in Mexico!

The front desk, management, housekeeping, concierge, and grounds staff are wonderful. Helpful at all hours, friendly, and accommodating. The location is great, with ATM nearby, Abarrey grocery store & Guadalajara Pharmacy just up the street, main Mexico bus stop across the street, local buses often, Vigia Mall a short walk away. There are 2 restaurants within, meals a bit uneven but breakfasts good. The best restaurant is nearby Karibbe Roll. The hotel courtyard is stunning, the pool inviting, the grounds spectacular, the rooms well maintained with comfortable beds. We had to stay for 5 weeks, due to a medical emergency, and the hotel made life so comfortable and manageable and affordable for us.

They just showed you pictures of the nice part of the property, But they assign rooms on the back buiding where a Milk Company call Lala has their employees and it is pretty uncomftable when you arrive at night and the employees are sitting at the stair or sidewalks talking or smoking.
The towels are old and worned out, the shower's grout looks moldy, also the shower window sill very DUSTY and with spider web..
Last and not least you have to cross the whole property all the way to reception to drop back the AC and TV remote controls, you are not allowed to leave them in the room at time of checking out !, then you have to cross again the property all the way back to the parking lot

Upon check in I was given room 117, the room did NOT have a door Lock just a sliding chain door guard. The neighboring hotel had LOUD guests and music blasting with dunk men talking extremely loud throughout the night. I requested a room change and was informed that there was no more rooms available. EXTREMELY disappointed with tis stay. The following morning I requested a clothing Iron which took 45 minutes for me to receive, mind you I asked to go to the front lobby to pick it up and was denied that option. I do not recommend this place.

The hotel is old and in bad maintained condition, the missing small pieces of ceramic in the pool makes my swimsuit broke, the food at the restaurant is average. You need to leave your ID in exchange for pool towels?? The staff at the front desk is not very friendly.

Hotel was very clean. Lots of friendly staff. Room was very clean with good amenities. Buffett breakfast was was hot and plentiful. Seems to be a location involved in the community as there were several groups celebrating something. Volleyball and youth baseball teams were enjoying the pool. The steakhouse was delicious! Looking forward to coming back in the late fall.
