Very nice cabins, terrible cleanliness.

The issue of cleaning is abysmal, we understand that you are in the forest and there may be dust or that kind of dirt, but you could really tell that they did not do cleaning, because since we received the cabin was like this.
The sheets hadn’t even changed them, we found a lot of dirt, hair, etc.
The shower very dirty, percussive, the Jacuzzi not even want to use it, was super dirty.
On the terrace the broken pot, but minimal remove the parts or arrange them.
Super dirty cooking utensils, full grease oven, don’t even want to cook, and if you go prepared then you have to look for alternatives.
They just leave you a roll of toilet paper.
They are beautiful, have amazing views of the forest, tranquility and spectacular sounds of nature.

Lousy Experience in a Cabin What is Listed VIP

The Cabin had too many leaks in the room, even one near the bed, the sink leaked.
The sheets were not of sufficient quality, you have a horrible cold if you do not carry extra sheets.
The kitchen utensils were dirty from the same leaks that were in the Cabin.
The water was dirty.
The power went out from night throughout the Cabin and I came back about until 11am but to pressure us to check out at 12 if they were good.
Really lousy that Cabin to stay in for the price it has and they say they're "VIP."
