The pool area is small but functional.

We stayed here for a primary school graduation; the overall attention was good, outstanding at the small café, the restaurant staff was good, but the pool staff was not the best. When we first arrived, an older gentleman attended to us, and his service was bothersome. On other days, we had different waiters, and we forgot the initial impression. The security staff is definitely attentive to everything because this hotel offers all-inclusive, day pass, and just lodging. They are so attentive that some of the parents who stayed with us, a day before, happily welcomed those who arrived the next day. Their all-inclusive started at 1:00 PM, and there were 10 minutes left until 1:00 PM, and they did not allow them to have a lemonade upon arrival. I mean, it was only 10 minutes, but the way they addressed the guests was a bit unpleasant. In the end, it was just a detail.
The food
There is very little variety, and the taste is good for most of the food. At night, we had a specialty dinner, which completely disappointed me; the meat was very tough, cold, and tasteless. I would rather go to the buffet because they are actually next to each other. Sunday morning was chaotic to enter the restaurant due to the number of people, and I was surprised because we were not in high season. I got the impression that they have an agreement with some other hotels for breakfast.
There is only one snack bar, and it is overwhelmed by the number of guests. You have to line up first to order and then queue to receive the food, on average, you wait 15 to 20 minutes.
Facilities
The hotel is large, the rooms are of regular size, they are comfortable. On the first day, they left coffee for us to prepare, but they did not provide it on the others. I believe that most of the rooms have a spectacular view of the ocean; you can see the sunset that characterizes Mazatlán. The shower is a 10 out of 10, super nice. The hotel has 6 elevators that are fast, and you won't have a problem if you are assigned a room on a high floor.
The café
The staff really saves it at ; the drinks are good, and the patience the staff had while attending to a group of 30 children playing and asking for chocolate milk all day was excellent. They truly earned their tip. The place is very small but pleasant.
The location is very good because you are in the heart of the golden zone and about 1.5 kilometers from the boardwalk. You exit the hotel and can find everything from pharmacies, restaurants, souvenirs, and anything you might have forgotten at home.
The beach
It is good, with somewhat fine sand, I did not see any loungers from the hotel, the waves at night rise considerably.
Pools. There are "3"
1 wading pool with some slides for small children
2- the family that is the largest of the three, functional, especially because in the afternoon it provides some shade from the palm trees
3 - Adults is small and quiet

Clean rooms, food was ordered through room service and it was good but pricey. Pool was niceand smaller than usual but more family friendly. Loved the entrance to the beach by the pools. Coffee bar was good and also the bar by the pool but that bar took a while to being out the drinks. Nice view. Overall 8/10 because there was no fridge in the rooms.

The best

We arrived as a family to enjoy a one-week stay with the all-inclusive plan. From our arrival, the reception staff was very friendly, organized, and efficient, which made the check-in process quick and pleasant.
Although the pool was very crowded due to the large number of families staying there, as well as the fact that lounge chairs were being reserved, we had a fantastic experience and will definitely return with great pleasure. The staff made our stay truly special; everyone was attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. We would especially like to thank Chris for his excellent service at the pool and Jorge for his kindness and exceptional service at the restaurant.
Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very cozy with a beautiful view of the city. In addition, the location was very convenient since we had easy access to public transportation and other options for getting to downtown Mazatlán.
Many thanks to the entire team for making our visit such a pleasant and unforgettable experience.

Room was clean, staff were excellent and very helpful. Air conditioning in the room was adequate. The restaurant on site was mediocre, and we only ate there a couple of times. We ate offsite most of the time and had some really excellent meals. We were disappointed in the fact that there was no small refrigerator in the room. Would have been nice to have some cold drinks in the room along with some snacks.
