It was the best hotel EVER not too far good food good rooms and GREAT staff Sarah I think is the best staff yet I recommend giving her a raise

DON'T GO IS AWFUL!!!

It is not in the city centre but in a few lonely and dark streets. We have not been able to sleep all night, because of how extremely noisy the Air Conditioner was from another room. The Air Conditioning in our room we had to stop because it was also very noisy. The sheets were stained with fluids from other guests, and this had been covered with an equally dirty quilt. The employees have treated us very badly and have not listened to us.
They didn't let us pay by card. Our advice is don't even go near it's the worst thing we've ever seen in Mexico.

A Perfect Place to Stay

I feel compelled to write this review to conter the negative reviews on this site. The hotel is excellent, I visited with 2 friends and one of the rooms was upgraded to a bigger room. The hotel was spotless, the shower fabulous, and so was the bed. Everything was clean, the wifi was excellent, and the staff helpful, in English or Spanish. The location is perfect - really close to the main plaza, excellent restaurants, and great shopping. For fun, if you are there on the weekend go to the nearby Cantina - live rock music on the weekends - it's hopping and hasgood bar food.

Don't expect sleep....

The location seemed good - and there was a little plunge pool which we thought might be useful given the heat. The room we were given was large and the bathroom clean and seemingly recently renovated. Then it all went wrong. I had a shower and couldn't find a hairdryer - pulling on my clothes I went to reception - they said "one was on order" for the whole hotel? The bar/restaurant was underneath our room (albeit a few floors down) but they positioned a speaker on the pavement and played music - loudly until about 10.30pm - why? What did it matter - on the opposite street corner they started building work about that time until the early hours. There had once been access to a balcony from our room - now closed up with wooden doors with holes in them - so you could see through into the street - and also hear the music/workmen/street noise - but the bed was like trying to sleep on a rock anyway...........I have never been so pleased to leave a place.

Good location close to the centre of town

We found this accommodation to be modern, clean and comfortable.
Front staff were friendly and the included car parking was secure.
A three block walk to the centre of town which is where all the museums, restaurants and activities are.
We enjoyed our stay.
