Dismal customer service

What a bad experience we received at this hotel, from everyone except receptionist Pablo who has an excellent attitude to treat guests. Worse, the waitress who is also in charge of the cafeteria, is a very bitter and rude person, terrible treatment of the guest, you also have to be aware that you change the sheets, because nothing comes out of it, or ask for a roll of paper.
One night before I dropped an earring under the bed and when I bent down to get it, oh my God, there was a condom wrap.
