Our stay at Mansion Mérida Boutique was simply exceptional. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed with extraordinary warmth and hospitality.
We want to express a very special thank you to Raúl, the owner, who made us feel like guests of honor. Each morning he would personally approach our table during breakfast to ensure that everything was perfect and to ask us if we needed anything. At the time of our departure, he even accompanied us to the car, a gesture that reflects the great commitment he has to each of his guests.
The hotel is impeccably clean, very well maintained, and retains a beautiful colonial charm that makes the stay even more special.
The breakfast was excellent, with high-quality products and exquisite preparation. The gastronomy in general exceeded our expectations, and all the staff served us with kindness, professionalism, and a smile.
We also want to recognize Javier and Iván for their excellent service, their kindness, and their cordial treatment, which made our afternoons and evenings even more pleasant.
If you are looking for a colonial hotel in Mérida where customer service is truly exceptional, with impeccable facilities, excellent gastronomy, and a welcoming atmosphere, we recommend Mansion Mérida Boutique without a doubt. Without a doubt, we will return.

Unforgettable Experience

I stayed at this hotel with my husband, daughter, and my parents. I must confess that I was greatly guided by the reviews and ratings on this app, and I personally confirmed, along with my family, that the vast majority of positive comments are genuine. I thoroughly enjoyed this well-deserved vacation, feeling very comfortable and receiving attention that is hard to find in chain hotels. From the reception to encountering any hotel staff in the hallways, they were always attentive to our needs. If I had to mention three things, among the many I liked the most, it would be that they were attentive when we went out for excursions and prepared a little backpack for us with a towel, insect repellent, cap, etc.
And if you don't make it in time for breakfast, they are attentive to prepare your box lunch so you don't leave without having breakfast.
The attention in their restaurant is unparalleled, and the taste of their breakfasts is delicious, generous, and included in the hotel reservation.
The attention from the owner was like nothing I had ever seen before; he even helped with our luggage and gave a gift to the family.
The only thing I would improve is that on the day we arrived hungry, we wanted to eat something in their bar restaurant, and they had almost nothing from their menu.
Other than that, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Perfect stay

From the minute we entered this hotel promised something special and it delivered.
The building itself is a delight and a smogboard for the eyes. Lovely decor invites you to lounge in parts of a hotel you would normally walk through.
A calm pool area has towels and the waiters from the restaurant when passing will offer you drinks from the bar.
Luxury toiletries are available.
The breakfast is plentiful and the service is courteous, friendly efficient and makes you feel that you matter.
We were sorry to leave this hotel and would certainly recommend this. Very central too. Thank you for making our holiday
