COPPEL EXPERIENCE

Business trip to Coppel and the truth is that the experience was not at all satisfactory.
1.- We had a 3-night stay and from the moment they handed over the room it was not cleaned, there was no change of sheets, towels, nor was the trash collected.
2.- There was no toilet paper or soap in the bathroom.
3.- The smell of the room was horrible, I had to open the window to see if it would air out a little.

They do not clean your room & get you fresh towels during your stay. They do not throw your trashes out during your stay. If you need clean towels & toilet paper, you have to get your dirty towels & go down to the front desk to request anything. They do not take it to your room. It has a little kitchen, with an electric stove, appliances but you have to bring your own pots, dish soap, everything. That was not explained to me when I got to the hotel & I doesn’t say on the fine print. I will never come here again & I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Check in was not bad, we reserved 2 rooms for 2 nights
Second day we were told the pool was not in use due to chemicals being added. I asked front desk if there was a time frame of when we would be able to use, since we booked this hotel with the intention of using the pool, and the lady had no idea. She seemed bothered by my questions and did not seem to care or try to offer a solution/ option
I later went back to front desk to ask if I could cancel my second night stay since the pool was unavailable and the lady said we have to figure it out with whoever we booked with.
I ended up repacking up and getting a reservation at Hotel Colonial last minute. Now Extended Suites has refused to reimburse, reach out, or offer any assistance.
They had bad customer service and attitude onsite so this doesn't surprise me.
I understand things happen, but them running chemical or maintenance on not only a weekend, but a holiday weekend, just seems like it’s something that should’ve been communicated. I am not happy with this outcome. I will not be staying at or recommending this place to anyone.

Staff was rude. Management decided to maintain the pool on a long weekend and made it unavailable. We booked to stay there for the pool. Kids were very disappointed

The room was cozy and the price was affordable. However this is the second time in 2 separate occassions that the vents in the restroom were extremely dirty. It makes you question whether they really deep clean the rooms after guests checkout
