Hotel rooms need renovation air conditioning is very poor needs to be maintained Avery day in order to work the ac vents are not very cool beds are very hard and pillows too the only thing that was good was the bar restaurant down stares that’s the only thing we love was the food ok

The AC was not too good, the pool was always locked, and our sheets were dirty when we checked in. The staff was nice, but I don’t think I’d stay there again. Location is great though.

The checked in went well
Then the elevators weren’t working properly
The key to our room was a struggle the card key mechanism was not working properly
Try to call to the receptionist and the phone wasn’t working either
The shower floor was overflowing
Next morning
The breakfast was cold the coffee was not even lukewarm
The toast bread was chewy
When you asked the waitress for help you’d get a bad attitude in return
This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had for me and my family
We made multiple complaints without a proper outcome
Sincerely don’t book this hotel for your own personal convenience

Honestly. This place needs a renovation bad. Our restroom had mold everywhere and Expedia refused to give us a refund. Staff was kind enough to move us rooms but the carpets are super old and the rooms smell bad

The blankets and sheets were very itchy. I reported it to the receptionist and didn’t hear back from them.
