Cute view good bed lousy pillow maintenance

A gold bracelet was lost, which I did not remember to wear early for a tour and never appeared.
There wasn't a manager to help me
The hotel is attended by the cleaning staff all very friendly,

I do not recommend visiting the place, pure faces as if they will mind giving attention, service, warmth.

I made the reservation by app, but I still spoke on the phone, commenting on what a person in a wheelchair was wearing, someone from his team told me that I was assigned a room near the entrance.
Well, neither one nor the other, not losing the reservation and having knowledge of the person in a wheelchair, did not mention what do not have ramps to have mobility, asked to speak with the manager and did not have that attention, and apart from Miss Aide with her face of few friends, the "service" what they give, is far from called that.

good rooms quite place.

Parking is lacking,
The rooms were very nice, little portable heaters in the rooms, the beds are big and very comfortable. Warm water in the showers also. The free Breakfast is fruit, granola, yogurt and toast, with coffee and juice. The paying menu is very reasonable, 80 pesos for bacon and eggs with beans, tomatoes and avacado. hotcakes are 100 pesos. very good.
The staff were very nice and friendly.
I would for sure stay here again.

I have difficulty giving it one star

Sheets with holes, lack of qualified personnel, no on site manager and not once did I hear the words "we apologize for the inconvenience". The person sweeping checks you in. Without a car there isn't much to see or do. I had a plumbing problem in the bathroom...was told to talk to the pool guy ;(
I shortened my stay!
