Good experience

I loved it. clean room, friendly staff, their restaurant 10/10, their two mezcalerias excellent service and a night of much Bohemia with Don Zenón.
For me a 10/10.

The pool was not working, the room phone was not working, too much noise at night, also too much noise in the morning, the restaurant is in the 3rd floor, I could hear everything from the second floor starting at 630am. Rooms are small, hotel has a VERY good location, walking distance from the good spots. Free breakfast is great, so good!

This is a fraud. The music and noise are unbearably loud. You will not sleep all night. Stay away at all costs

This is total trash. A fraud. Worst hotel experience of my life. Thieves. It is unbearably loud do to a nightclub in the hotel with no insulation. And they have a strict cancellation policy so that they can keep your money once you realize how awful it is.

Do not expect sleep, or rest, or nap...

Even after reading previous reviews warning about noise, we stayed because most of our group was booked at this hotel. That was a mistake.
While the hotel’s location is excellent, it unfortunately holds the dubious distinction of having the noisiest room I have ever attempted—unsuccessfully—to sleep in: Zanate House, Cenzontle Room 305.
This room is not suitable for sleeping. At best, it can be used to shower and freshen up.
The room is located directly below the terrace restaurant, where staff begin dragging chairs and tables as early as 6:00 a.m. and continue until 2:00 a.m. Patrons also move furniture throughout the restaurant’s operating hours.
As a result, there is no possibility of naps, proper nighttime sleep, or any meaningful rest. To make matters worse, the room is adjacent to an extremely noisy elevator, which can be clearly heard every time it is used—whether out of necessity or simply to avoid walking two flights of stairs.
If rest or sleep matters to you, avoid this venue.
