Poco tranquilo para descansar

las habitaciones son muy confortables, muy buena limpieza, muy linda decoración, sin embargo fue difícil descansar por que permanentemente se escucha un motor encendido, se fue la luz y no tienen lamparas de emergencia, y en las dos noches que pase, todo el tiempo hubo música por la noche

Buena opción fuera del centro de la ciudad

Un hotel cómodo de fácil acceso, que se encuentra a la entrada a Pachuca viniendo de la Ciudad de México. La atención muy correcta, el check-in muy rápido. La habitación muy amplia y con lo necesario para pasar una noche de descanso.
Es importante mencionar que es un hotel para pasar la noche, no tiene grandes amenidades como para estar ahí durante el día.

Ojo con el agua caliente

Siempre que vamos a Pachuca nos quedamos aquí, pero la ultimas dos visitas el agua caliente de la regadera no duraba nada, todo lo demás es muy bueno y limpio , el desayuno rico y muy basto, personal amable

NO SE HOSPEDEN EN ESTE HOTEL

En este hotel te quieren cobrar coas que no hay en las habitaciones,chequen bien con lo que cuenta realmente su habitación (batas de baño por ejemplo). El personal del hotel son groseros,difamadores y no tienen educación alguna con los huéspedes y mucho menos les importa faltarte al respeto enfrente de un menor de edad.
Por favor si van a Pachuca evítense un mal rato y no se hospeden en este hotel, por que te arruinan tus vacaciones.
