The service and food is great. About the facilities they need gym maintenance. The SPA highly recommended.

Lousy Excelaris hotel in Tequesquitengo

When we checked out, the reception assured us that the management would be in touch in 3 days. We haven't heard from you in 3 weeks.
We took 50 guests to dinner and drink at their restaurant and had over 30 nights booked by our wedding guests.
Our air conditioning did not work in our room that we were the bride and groom, we DID NOT SLEEP THE NIGHT BEFORE OUR WEDDING OR THE WEDDING NIGHT, and their staff never changed us to a new room. We were on a 33-degree heat fan the whole time, it was hell.
My mom negligently fell out of the hotel, they cleaned the floor and left no sign that it was wet and my mom broke her foot on my wedding day and could no longer dance at my wedding.
The last day we were told they were going to refund me for all the inconvenience and after 3 weeks their customer service has been terrible! No one has contacted for an apology

Avoid at all costs

Since our wedding was in Tequesquitengo, we stayed at this hotel. We brought this hotel a lot of business - with having many of our guests book there and a dinner at their restaurant with over 50 people.
The entire time, our Air Conditioning was not working in our room, and the staff "gave us a fan" instead of moving us to another room. Offered no refund for anything.
They also tried taking open hard-liqour from a hotel room to sell at their bar. In no way can bar take open-alcohol and try and sell it in their drinks. 100% not safe.
Would absolutely recommend not booking here for anyone.

Excellent attention

Excellent location and attention from the staff.
Clean rooms and the pool area with excellent service from the waiter.
There is a later check-up option to enjoy the pool all day.
The breakfast included was very delicious.

Very Nice, Hotel probably Nicest Hotel I. The area unfortunately staff does not Give You Good Feel when it Comes Customer Service, we are getting married in this area and we’re interested in looking at the hotels for a future date for our guest and the girl working at the front desk not the one with the glasses the other one had such a horrible attitude I do not understand how a hotel like this higher somebody like that with that type of personality to be at the front desk to receive guest. Hotel is nice compared to others in the area, but the staff a lot of work. Every time I ask for something You feel like you were Doing them a favor.
