Overall, Roque hotel was very clean. The staff was very helpful and kind. The room was clean and air conditioning worked very well!!! The location for us worked. We were able to walk to several key attractions!!!!

The stay was great overall. The staff was friendly and helpful during both check-in and check-out, which made for a pleasant experience.
The only thing to note is the breakfast. Don't expect much—it's essentially just cereal and milk. If you're looking for a more substantial breakfast, you may want to plan accordingly.
Other than that, I had a good stay.

Everything good the air condition worked well .A suggestion to have in place telephone extension in the room might be a good ides but all good .Nice hotel ,friendly staffs especially the receptionist support in checking inn and giving relevant information

This room was much smaller than the photo they sent us indicated! It turned out they were having updates done to the hotel on the same night that we stayed there. They had not informed us ahead of time of this development so that we could book a different hotel. It was extremely noisy with all the banging & electric screwdrivers. At 9:15 p.m. I went down to inquire how much longer this would last, & was informed it would stop right away. It continued & just before 10.00 p.m. we received a message from the hotel offering us an upgrade to a quieter room at the other end of the hotel, which we instantly accepted. Not only was this more like the photo we had received, it was also quieter.

Very clean and staff was friendly . The area was close to everything we wanted to explore .
