BEST LOCATION - Little piece of Paradise

We came and stayed here my wife and I with our children. We loved the pool, the flowers and landscaping. The backyard is a nice place to lay in the sun and tan, or do some remote work by the pool under a palapas or just relax.
One thing we noticed is the caretaker was friendly and welcoming. Very honest and nice man. There's a few long term renters who live there and they are also very friendly. It's a good vibe. It's a new area so there is new construction around, but it's mainly farther down the road now, the noise wasn't an issue during our stay.
We loved staying here for the convenience of the restaurants nearby. There are lots to choose from. You walk out the door and within 150 meters you have 4 restaurant options. The food was always great. There are some hidden gems in the area too.

Noisy place with no Covid rules

The place is noisy, the cleaning woman never wearing the mask, not sanitazer. Really dangerous with pandemic the furniture is really old evoid this place the manager it’s impolite and never helpful the owner is newer in the property

The worsted experience on my life

A lot of noise from construction and music inside building, swimming pool party by night. The owner is never in the property, the manager Valeria always impolite and never helpful. The furniture is old, the cleaning service is really bed , but iv you complain they call the police to out your out even iv you are already payed for the room, in Mexico the police is never helpful for turist
