Beautiful beach and good restaurant
We ate there a bit by chance, because we wanted to go to a beach club to go to the beach and had to spend 300 pesos per person to enjoy the facilities of the place. We chose the Niken burger and ceviche, both were really delicious! In fact my ceviche was one of the best I ate: not too acidic, good balance between fish, seafood and fruit (avocados, corn, sweet potato, onion). The burger was hearty and juicy, served with fries. To try!
Note that there is also a nice swimming pool.

Very nice, quiet and good value beachside hotel. Well recommended.
A super small hotel on the beach in South Tulum. Away from the noise of some bigger places and also operates as a very popular and well maintained beach club. Food (breakfast 7 - 10:30; then open until 7pm) was very good (better than basic but not fine dining) and the staff are polite and well trained. For this area it was good value.
Room 7 was super, on the 2nd floor (no elevator but easy wooden stairs). A private patio overlooking the ocean, two sun beds and a bath outside. Large bed, plenty of space and a nice clean bathroom. Perfect for a couple or solo. See photos..
There is a small nicely surrounded pool but it is cold - surprising since it would be trivial to warm it for kids using solar energy.
The cliental, mainly beach club visitors in the day, were not noisy or rowdy. At night the beach club and restaurant are closed from 7pm (at least in Feb/March), so rooms/beach are not polluted with disco noise. Nearest noise was some way north and hardly discernible. Perfect for a peaceful place to stay.
Some local places to eat, such as Nü (Michelin), Hotel Panamera and La Zebra, and street food stalls. But walking on the roads at night (or day) is a little scary. Pharmacy ~ 2mins away and very good GO Market across the street. Collectivos into Tulum are frequent and cheap.
Staff were very friendly and helpful (arranging take out breakfast for early morning tour) and there was security at night.

Great hospitality and good food
Ended up there in the middle of a storm outside - very friendly personnel to help us finding a safe spot and very good food - I recommend the racks with shrimps!

Rooms were great. Wonderful view of ocean. Staff was A+ from the second we walked in they helped us with everything. They remembered our names, how we liked our food cooked etc. The location to the things that we like on Tulum Beach was ideal.
There is a small convenience store right across the street which made it so convenient to grab snacks and water if needed when the restaurant was closed. Will definitely return.
