A WONDERFUL place

The hotel has the best location in the hotel zone, with the most optimal view of the beach and sea. The courtyard has a lush feel, with a lovely pool, which leads to each of the lower rooms. The rooms are perfect. Our room on the ground floor has direct access to the beach and its own small pool. And inside AC, whirlpool and everything you could wish for. Fast and fantastic and happy service. 100%

5 star experience, beware of the scooter guys across the street

Staff was wonderful, welcoming, warm and went above and beyond to be accommodating, responsive, and kind. Food was fresh and delicious! The hotel is gorgeous, clean, and luxurious. Amenities were 5 star. We loved staying at the beach hotel tulum. I only want to warn guests about the atv/scooter/bike rental guys across the street from the hotel and frescos. They scammed us out of $300 USD charging us as a deposit that they required. They did not refund the deposit like they said they would after we returned the ATV. I messaged the guy we rented from to request it back and he stopped replying then blocked me. They are dishonest. The hotel attempted to help me by talking w the guys but I never received my $300 USD back. I included pictures of the stand below.

Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous

We loved this place - couldn’t speak of it more highly! We had a beach-front bungalow with rooftop, which was gorgeous: very large, shabby-beach chic vibes and we loved sitting on the roof terrace enjoying the herons fly past in the evening and then the gorgeous stars.
The hotel itself is in a great location…close to the bars, but not too noisy. You get your own sun loungers reserved for you too, which is a lovely touch! No more hunting for the perfect spot.
There is a cute little bar (we had some lovely cocktails) and the swimming pools are a nice change from the ocean. Unfortunately the Sargassum was crazy when we were there so we needed somewhere to cool down. We will return!

Slice of Paradise

This property is like a slice of paradise. The entire hotel has an intimate, boutique feel that makes it feel extra special. A minor disappointment was the sargassum, which made it impossible to swim in the sea during our stay. Of course, this is completely beyond the hotel's control. Fortunately, the stunning pool area made up for it. Surrounded by lush tropical greenery, it has an exotic jungle feel and was the perfect place to relax,
Despite its peaceful and quiet atmosphere, it's perfectly located on Tulum's main road, with everything within walking distance. It also has private beach access making it incredibly convenient.
The staff were exceptionally warm, welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. Anything we needed was handled almost immediately via WhatsApp, which made the experience seamless and stress-free.
Breakfast included was a highlight. The menu offered a selection of fresh smoothies and delicious dishes, so we enjoyed trying something different every day while taking in the beautiful tropical views of Tulum Beach.
This is the perfect place for couples looking for a romantic getaway. Our room even had a private hot tub, which made our stay feel that bit more luxurious.
We would love to return and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, romantic escape in Tulum!

This is the best place I’ve stayed in Tulum. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the front staff/concierge were very accommodating. The room was clean and very comfy. The beach bag and flip-flops were used many times and so thankful for the special treat. Another huge plus plus is your supplied with treats and snacks for free!
