Adventure

I will keep this short !
Check in easy Alejandro was great we requested 5th floor do not stay on the city side unless you want the party music from the clubs !
Rooms dated but nice size beds great and room was clean !
Breakfast brunch is excellent and the gym is great ! Nice location !!!

Dirty rooms

The first room they gave me had pubic hairs in the bathroom, dirty blankets and curtains... In general, very dirty. The response at the front desk was "it shows as clean in the system"... Then they moved me to a room that looked much cleaner, but I returned with flea bites.

This place is beat — half the elevators don’t work, our AC broke and flooded the room, half the pool features are broken (and there’s stagnant water pooling), the floor in the restaurant has holes worn through. Not up to Marriott standards. Go somewhere else.

CLEAN ROOM:The only problem is that when the person does the cleaning, they don't check that the hair conditioner is empty, and when they clean the room they don't refill it, they don't change the towels, and the trash cans don't have liners.
SPA: The two people who attended to us were very professional, respectful, had a positive attitude, listened to our requests, and gave us massages according to how our bodies felt.

Hotel trapped in the 2000s

The access is designed to enter by car, if you do not have to climb the hillock to the entrance door, there is another entrance but it is only open while the restaurant “The mansion” is open, the gym in poor condition, the weights are not graduated, the machines are stuck when lifting weight, the elevators lack maintenance, the rooms are still carpet, there is no hot water in shower and mattresses in terrible condition, the reception girls give you the room they want not the one you ask and pay for (I asked for king size bed and they gave me a double, the next day I asked for the change to king size with a view of the city and I had to go back to reception) the conversion they handle dollars is very high $20.77 because that is how they handle it internally and when you want to talk to the Guest Service Manager at reception they differed that it was occupied but that they passed the errand
