Clean Hotel Location Good, with Pool

Hotel Don Luis in Valldota Mexico is very decent Hotel, it is located in centro, it is reasonable priced, Rooms are Basic, Very clean staff is friendly, I stay here for the pool it is basic but serves the needs from the Hot Mexican sun. Lots of restaurants close too the hotel , there many choices for stays in the, but I like staying here and family does too.

Very good service

Excellent hotel, very good service, I highly recommend it. The only detail is the coffee ☕ that they serve in their restaurant, it is terrible.
Congratulations to the receptionist Carlos for his kindness. We had a great time and it has a plus, since the Zaci cenote is just the next block.

Good price

500 pesos for a night its a really good deal, (about 25 us)cable, a-c,clean and only two blocks away from the cathedral and the park, plus they have a nice pool, the lady at the front desk was really nice and attentive

No Gracias

Spent only one night here. 500 pesos... so i guess you get what you pay for but at least i expect cleanliness. We opened the night table stand and it had an old package of nuts with ALL of the chewed shells all over the drawer. And a cigarette butt on the floor next to the bed. You walk in and they hand you one roll of toilet paper and 2 horrific towels. The sheets smelled like a grandma. I prefer if im on a budget to just do a true hostel, or spend more for a decent room somewhere else.

very rude front staff girl

I was at an internet café 3 minutes away and it said online through Expedia that a room was available so I walked over.the guy at the desk was very nice but the girl was ignorant.I just asked to get online for 2 minutes to find another room.the guy said yes..she said something to him in Spanish and he said sorry broken..she was very unpleasant and should not work in tourism..maybe a factory..it was January 3rd at 3 pm..
