Cozy hotel boutique in el Pueblo

This place is great for a weekend getaway. It has a pool and a spa — massages are very good — and the personnel is super kind and attentive. Location is nice, it is in the mere downtown of Valle de Bravo. The room we stayed in was cozy; we asked for the suite with a jacuzzi and it was perfect for relaxing, although it did not have a view of the lake. Also, big con, the mattress was old and had some springs poking. Hopefully they will replace it soon. But overall La Capilla Hotel Boutique offers a good value for money.

Very bad experience

A hotel that is not recommended at all, the staff is very bad, besides it is a hotel that does not comply with its tax obligations since to give you an invoice it never arrives and they only say that they are going to check it and it is very annoying that they never do anything, they do not think that they affect the people who choose them and go on business and need the invoice to verify expenses and for them it is very easy to say well we cannot do anything else nor are there accountants there are no managers there are no people in charge they always say that they are resting and where is the owner where are the tax responsibilities they should close the place down

Old and very expensive hotel for what they offer

Awful food, mediocre installation, offer buffet and lies only offer egg, cold water in the shower, cobwebs on pool stretchers, poor cleaning and invented prices, do not provide solution to room problems Very expensive for what is

The worst place and EXPENSIVE!!!

Very expensive for what they offer, lie in breakfast buffet, poor quality food no maintenance, the hotel empty and yet do not give good service, remove the hot water and are inverted the keys, HOTEL VIEJO, do not clean the rooms well

The people ....

I went with my boyfriend to this hotel for a night. This hotel is really nice, is well located just a few blocks from the cathedral of San Francisco de Asis. What is worth of this place is the people, they are really friendly and helpful, they didn't care to turn on the sauna just for the two of us. The breakfast is at Mexican style and is complete and delicious. We recommend this hotel with no doubt.
