Great hotel at a great price located at the center of downtown Zacatecas near a lot of restaurants and places to visit.

The experience was absolutely terrible. Initially, when we all made reservations, it was 6 couples. It stated in their property details that there was air conditioning. Upon arrival, they stated that the rooms with AC were already full. We all tried to get refunds. They said no. I have contacted the Hotels.com app and they conveniently removed the amenity from their property details that stated they had AC. I left. My friends that were planning on dealing with the situation were all given little dirty fans. They ended up leaving because it was so hot. The employees were super rude stating well the rooms with AC are booked there’s nothing we can do with attitude. Definitely would never stay there and would not recommend someone else staying there unless you like to be mistreated for asking about an amenity that is listed on their property details.

The staff personnel was ok . The only problem was the the cleaning room personnel , they wake up us so early, and, I really didn’t like it

Let’s begin by saying they have false advertisement on their website. They say they provide rooms with AC. Which is not true. We get to our hotel and we are told that the room that we are getting does not have a seat and all they could provide is a fan. That was absolutely not going to work. It was 101 Fahrenheit. We got a room that had no window, no balcony and wanted us to stay in there with a fan. I requested a refund and was told to reach out to hotels. The staff was very rude. The manager from the hotel had the nerve to tell me some rooms have it and some rooms don’t. I literally told her why do I care if the room that I’m getting doesn’t have it it doesn’t matter if others have it what matters is the room that I’m getting. Which was a lie because it was a group of 10 of us and none of us had ac. Do not book this place. By far the worst hotel I have ever come across. Terrible service. I am still arguing with them to refund me my money. Mind you they wasted, almost half of my day save yourself to trouble.

The room had multiple issues, including a clogged bathroom sink, dead batteries in the TV remote control, and unsanitary bed sheets that were blood‑stained.
