Not satisfied

I was stayed at this hotel, but unfortunately it was not that good as I expected. It is expensive but not fit their prices, like room service and water.

Total rip off

Looks nice, but is — in fact — a source of constant disappointment.
No WiFi (only at Tom‘s Cafe, which is located at the ground floor)
No hot water, not even luke warm. Despite assurances that it is a temporary problem that will be fixed any i ute, it remained that way for our entire stay.
Worn down interior (carpets, walls etc all in shambles)
Unbearable beds (like sleeping on a wooden board)
Breakfast is a joke (just read the other reviews...)
Payment only in cash, and upfront!
Totally ignorant staff, who lied to us constantly (about the manager who would handle our complaints as he speaks english and would show up in 10minutes, when in fact he was still in Ulan Bator; about the hot water problem being a city wide issue, when in fact the Gold hotel just around the corner did have hot water; about not being able to provide a partial refund, which changed quickly once we told them that we will call Police for being betrayed, etc.)
Do NOT go there!

Nice room, no hot water, no breakfast,no wifi

For my fellow Americans this is a fairly nice looking hotel. Clean rooms and bathroom - something comparable to a Hampton or nice Holiday Inn back inn the states. My daughter is working as volunteer in Mongolia and she had us stay here one night while we visited Naadam in Erdenet and were passing through to one of her volunteer engagements. Checkin went well and we were asked about breakfast - on 5th floor at 8am - cool! Room looked great unfortunately the WiFi only worked In the lobby and there was only luke warm water to shower (any that’s being kind). Showed up for breakfast late (8:10) and found around 15 people waiting for food. Hung around until 845 and there were about 25 people and still no food. My daughter had a volunteer engagement in the next town so we left before any food came - can’t comment on the quality. We told the front desk on our way out and they were unconcerned about our complaints. They only wanted to know if we took any of the in room waters so we could pay for them. Final take away - it clear and nice but don’t expect the advertised extras.

quality of hotel and staff services

-the hotel is OK for 3 stars. The bedroom type LUXE is OK. It can be a little bit improved for the price with for example some additional electric plugs near the bed.
-Problem of INTERNET WI-FI. It was not working at all.
-About the staff services,some ajustments have to be done:
1) By phone, before our trip,we ask if the payment by Credit Card is accepted. The reply was YES, NO PROBLEM... but on place, it was impossible to pay by card. Fortunately, we had some cash !!!...
2) After 5 requests to collect the bill, we didn't receive any bill...Is it normal?
3) we had booked this type of room with a king bed for my wife and myself and we were surprised to have only ONE BREAKFAST !!!... Is it the normal way to proceed?
Service has to be improved...
We hope you will take into account our comments for the future.

Rip off and the staff don’t know the Word SERVICE

Efter små 14 dage i den mongolske vildmark var det tid til bad og adgang til wifi. Derfor valte vi en nat på Erdenet Inn Hotel. Det var en fejl! Prisen var høj ift alt andet men vi har ikke på 4 måneders rejse mødt så dårlig service og ligegyldighed. Morgenmad var en katastrofe og wifi fandtes kun i Toms cafe. Intet bagage rum indtil vores tog kørte og ingen hjælp. Find et andet sted!
