The rudest personnel I have ever met
From the first minutes at the hotel it was clear that it wouldn’t be a pleasant stay.
Cons:
1.Most of the staff- especially the main lady host of the hotel. To say that she is hostile and hospitable in an understatement. She never smiled, always acted like we were a great disturbance to her, and once she was very rude and negative when she entered our room, because we had asked to bring is towels (we were missing ones after their cleaning). She basically tried to proof that the old towels were clean and was very aggressive towards my mother.
I was in shock of such behavior.
2.Breakfast is very lame and tasteless and most of the time they serve all the same.
You have to ask for ketchup, butter - anything all the time.
3. Room - it’s the smallest room I ever stayed in.
Shower was leaking all the time, no toilet paper only napkins. Terrace was bigger than the room itself.
4. Lack of English knowledge between personnel. The rules are written in serbian and it’s weird when they are referring to them when you never get a clue what it is about.

1. Location is great
2. A couple people of personnel were quite nice, unfortunately it didn’t help that much.
Overall I would definitely not recommend a stay there, it was the biggest disappointment of the whole vacation.
