Small hotel with a very good value for money
Not a very large hotel, we had a sea view room with a balcony, very clean, air conditioning that worked very well, quite spacious, good breakfast, not very expensive. It is true that it is located on a fairly busy street, but with the window closed, there is no noise; the rooftop pool is nice for cooling off at the end of the day, quite small and somewhat noisy due to the music, but good for spending some time. Very good restaurant nearby, and you can walk to the old town of Herceg Novi along the promenade by the sea in about 40 minutes to avoid parking there. Small pebble beaches nearby. Not very far from Igalo by car where you will find a livelier seaside with restaurants and shops. Very good for a short stay to visit the surroundings. Just a small parking area where it is difficult to find a spot, but I still recommend it for its excellent value for money.

Should not be called a ‘Wellness/Spa’ hotel
We chose this hotel expecting a relaxing stay based on its advertising, but unfortunately our experience fell well below expectations. While there were some positive aspects—particularly the excellent customer service from Maia at reception, who was consistently kind, professional and genuinely helpful—the number of maintenance issues, unreasonable policies and disruptions throughout our stay meant we would not choose to return.
We appreciate that not every issue is within the control of the staff, and several team members were friendly and welcoming. However, the hotel management needs to address the following concerns, as they had a significant impact on our holiday.
Issues experienced during our stay:
* The shower head was broken when we checked into the room.
* The iron provided in the room has a hole in the bottom meaning any water inside it leaks all over clothing.
* The hotel only provides one room key card. Because the key card controls the electricity and air conditioning, if one guest leaves the room, the other is left without power or air conditioning. We requested another room card but were refused due the to past patrons misplacing them.
* As a result of this policy, the fridge switches off whenever you leave the room, meaning it never stays cold. Any drinks or snacks you buy are warm by the time you return, making the fridge almost pointless.
* Despite the fridge being unable to keep food or drinks cold, we were not allowed to bring our own snacks to the rooftop pool area. I took a packet of crackers upstairs and was told to return them to my room because outside food was not permitted due to inspections and potential fines. This felt incredibly unreasonable, especially when guests cannot properly store their own food because the fridges lose power every time they leave the room. It gives the impression that guests are being forced to purchase food and drinks from the hotel.
* A €10 deposit is required just to use the in-room safe, which felt unnecessary for what should be a standard amenity.
* The rooftop pool has plenty of sunbeds but no umbrellas only two small shaded areas, making it difficult to escape the heat and sun.
* The rooftop pool and spa were often occupied by children, so neither area provided the peaceful, relaxing atmosphere we expected.
* The spa facilities were disappointing. Some equipment was broken, we had to ask staff for water to pour onto the sauna rocks, and the jacuzzi costs €90 for one hour, which is extremely expensive considering the condition of the facilities.
* If you are allocated a room on the third floor, be prepared for constant noise from the rooftop pool and deck above. Footsteps and furniture being moved can clearly be heard throughout the day.
* On one evening, we were woken at midnight by a loud Happy Birthday song being blasted through the hotel’s speakers. It was completely inappropriate at that time of night and disrupted our sleep.
* The following morning, we were woken again—this time by drilling and maintenance work, making it impossible to enjoy a restful holiday.
* The Wi-Fi was extremely poor and mostly unusable. This was a major inconvenience and caused plenty frustration during our stay.
* When I phoned reception to ask about the Wi-Fi, an older receptionist abruptly hung up on me before I had finished explaining the issue. This was disappointing and unprofessional.
* The hotel advertises beautiful views, but our front-facing room overlooked a busy main road with constant traffic, horns and emergency vehicle sirens. It was far from the peaceful setting we had expected.
Despite all of these issues, I want to recognise Maia at reception, who was exceptional throughout our stay. She was friendly, patient, professional and always willing to help. She is a real credit to the hotel and one of the few highlights of our experience.
Overall, this hotel has the potential to be much better, but poor maintenance, inconsistent customer service, disruptive noise, restrictive policies and facilities that do not match the advertised experience made this a very disappointing stay. I hope management takes these comments seriously and addresses these issues, as they would make a significant difference for future guests. Based on our experience, I would not choose to stay here again.

Buffet needs to be reviewed...
We spent 10 days in this hotel in July 2026, we were a couple in our forties.
Regarding the staff, they are all very kind and caring. Regarding the room everything is very good (we were not on the road side so no problem).
The big negative point is the buffet, we ate the same thing every day, that is to say tomato/cucumber as a starter and then you are entitled to pasta, potatoes and a vegetable boiled in water that didn't look appetizing at all.
Regarding the staff, they are all very kind and caring. Regarding the room everything is very good (we were not on the road side so no problem).

Enough is enough.
Being criticized for questioning cold leftovers at dinner is unbearable! Here, the rule is priority to customers paying for each order. Half-board guests are only entitled to leftovers without complaining.
Too bad, this hotel has some assets despite this, completely canceled out by this inconvenience. The meal is a special moment, not here.

Aircondition did not work in the room. Terrible heat and got almost no sleep. Staff was not very friendly. Asked to buy a bottle of water when we returned to the hotel at midnight or where we could get one. «Just drink tap water» was the response. Breakfast was not very fresh with sweaty cheese and out of several items.
Room and facilities was clean and spacious but there are some clear signs of wear. Nice little pool on the roof.
