The hotel does not meet the conditions it claims on its website.

We had a reservation for a 20 m2 room with sea views. When we arrived, they gave us a room of about 12 m2 with views of an interior courtyard. When we complained, they told us that the reservation was not the one we had, but another one. They did nothing to resolve it, despite us showing them the reservation on our phone, and besides, they had a room available that met the contracted conditions.
We gave a 2 because one hotel employee was very kind in taking us to the parking lot.

Poor basic necessities and even poorer customer service

We had no hot water or bathroom light for 3 out of 4 days for our stay here. We spoke with reception regarding this on 4 separate occasions, however no member of staff was interested meaning I had to have freezing cold showers and use the bathroom in darkness at night time. Upon asking reception for assistance for the fourth time, a member of staff came to look at the issues, however all they said was that the hot water and bathroom light was broken (i obviously already knew this) they then proceeded to do nothing to fix these issues. On our final night we were given a lamp to place in the bathroom, however this subsequently then broke after 2 hours again leaving us with no light for the bathroom.
When I asked to speak with the manager I was advised that this was not possible. The bathroom blind was also covered in mould and all draws within the room had not been cleaned as they had crumbs and dirt in them as well as a previous persons boarding pass.

Poor food, poor service.

Pre - Booked table, table not ready which set the tone for the evening. We then waited over an hour for our food.
The restaurant was busy, but not excessive. I couldn't help notice that every table had something wrong with there order. With the waiters blaming the kitchen.
Raw chicken for one lady, wrong pasta dishes for 4 children, unwashed mussels for another lady, the list can go on.
My chicken dish arrived cold and I doubt it was even chicken. Daughter was brought the wrong dish. Also they couldn't find the red wine !!
Whether this is a regular occurrence I couldn't comment but tonight was not a good service from the team.
We were also promised a complimentary gin, for our wait, but you guessed it, that never arrived either.
I strongly advise eating else where.
We work in the hospitality industry and sadly this restaurant really needs to improve its food and customer service.

Disappointing restaurant

Booked a meal for the evening. Poor service, awful ambiance and music. Charged for bread as well as pate, who eats pate without bread?? Not often have I ever had such a bad experience and ambiance in all our travels over many years.
