Awesome place

An absolute gem - recommended if you want some down time and cared for by very efficient staff and owners !!
About 2 kms from town nestled among paddy fields and surrounded by villages - the restaurant is superb and this is an easy walk (a wonderful jog if you feel like ) to town

A little disappointing

The room was clean and nice. The view was great. The atmosphere was quiet because they didn’t have a lot of guests. We liked the dinner that they delivered to our room. I was looking for traditional food and it was exactly what I needed. The beer that you can buy outside for 2200 kyats was 4500 kyats at the hotel! I find it a bit too expensive. At first, everything seemed perfect. But then the breakfast was disappointing. It had nothing to do with the pictures that you can see on Tripadviser. I understand that they didn’t have a lot of guests but they could’ve at least made more traditional fries because they had only a few on the plate and you feel embarrassed if you want more: you leave like 2-3 for other people. Basically, the breakfast was fried rice, fried vermicelli, sautéed beans and a few fried sausages with one fried egg… No coffee and only powder juice. They said they had no customers for weeks. But I don’t see how this can stop you from buying some coffee and keep it for the day you have customers again.
Thanks god they had some tangerine!
On top of that, the checking out process wasn’t on the level. I was just preparing my bike and took only a few things out. My friend went to the reception to ask for some info before we leave, she didn’t even give back the key. When I get to the room to take the rest of our things, they’re already there checking the minibar and the rest. It felt like we were running away and they were afraid we did something wrong. It left an unpleasant feeling at the end.

This place in remote Hsi-Paw was one of the highlights of our trip to Myanmar. Only gripe: not staying longer.
Attentive staff and beautiful site. Each bungalow has a lovely seating area looking out at the river. Just gorgeous.
Good value for money.
Be aware that your driver needs to take dirt roads to get there, it is out by itself and a tiny ways away from town

Amazing place and Staff. Mimi is a lovely host. She doing a great Job together with her friendly staff!!
Very silent in the middle of the nature. I love this booked for two nights stay 6 ... do I say more!
Clean spacious rooms!
Mr Chen and Mimi you do a great job.
See you again!

I felt cared

This place in Hsipaw surprised me before I arrived, during I was there and after I left.
Before I arrived because there where one person at the bus station to collect the person's who wants to go there. They didn't ask for reservations.
During I was there because I felt cared by the staff. With a wonderful buffet breakfast, helpful and friendly staff and small things to help like hangers, curtains, etc. In fact, I just suggested that the locks of the toilets doors were not working properly and at the following day they were fixed.
After I left because I realised that I made a mistake and I booked in August instead of July where I really spent there a few days. In booking.com there was not free cancellation but I contact the property and they managed to cancel without cost.
For all those things I really suggest this place in Hsipaw.
