Whats with the bad reviews???
the staff were super friendly, the breakfast was nice, the room was large, quiet and comfortable. the internet was the fastest we have had in our 3 1/2 weeks in Myanmar.
yes the water drained slowly in the bathroom, bus that's common in Myanmar.
for the price, it was amazing. last time we were in Yangon we paid more for a capsule style room that was so small we literally couldn't stand in it. it was a closet with a bed in it, and a shared bathroom.
the room we had here was huge and clean and quiet, and the staff were very friendly. it was the perfect stop since it was close to the airport and we were flying out the next day.

Good service
The room is tiled, fridge, large size with private toilet/shower. Everything was clean. For Myanmar, not bad value for money as all hotels are over-priced.
Surrounding area is not great but then again this is Yangon. Wifi slow but again, after a month in Myanmar, this is the norm.
