quiet , Nice n clean awesome services I will refer to other friends . I used to stay in a suite room for over every month on monthly basic where we drinks and having great time to escape from the stressful environment...

Indecent hotel which renting room in hourly basic

I used to stay in a suite room for over 5yrs on monthly basic where we drinks and chitchat to escape from the stressful environment. Yesterday we booked the same room to meet with friends to drink and chitchat as usual. Reception said we can only check in at 19:30hrs and we said fine. We are OK because we want a big room. A few hours later informed me that our check-in time will be 20:30hr coz room is occupied. I said that OK we will check in at 20:30 and 2 of us will sleep overnight but the rest 2 will go back at midnight as usual.
When we check in at 21:00hrs, fat guy with glasses talk to us very rudely that you had to check out on 23:00hrs. I told him 2 of us will sleep overnight and the other 2 will go back at 12:00 midnight. We are willing to pay for extra bed charges as well. But he said go and drink in bar at rooftop or leave the room at 23:00 if want to drink in room.
Finally, i realize that hotel is renting the room in hourly basic and reception did not want to rent the room if we stay overnight. We withdrew all money immediately and left the hotel without even telling anything.
We take more expensive room in another hotel.
Bye Bye Phoe Sein your staffs' service is lousy even in way of communication. Will definitely not visit again. Choose wisely or threated rudely.

Disgusting

The rooms are smelly and not well maintained. Bed sheets and towers are really dirty. I had to change rooms twice coz aircon was down. The worst thing is the kitchen staffs, they don't want to serve midnight orders, sometimes even yelled at me. I will never ever come back again for sure.

For days no internet

I expected not much but I was disappointed as the internet was down for day and staff just seemed to accept this. I did not bother about the standard as I knew that it is a 2 star hotel but come on internet is as basic as running water. Do something about it.

Basic but functional

A fading business hotel, maybe a boutique at six floors with restaurant,lounge on seventh floor. Excellent view of the giant pagoda at night. We stayed two non-consecutive nights. I prefer the Swedegoing Hotel but Pho Sein Road is a neat street that ends to the south at the small urban lake next to the Chatrium Hotel.
