Exactly as advertised

Clean, quaint and nice staff. We just stayed here one night as were going to the airport the next morning so this place was perfect. Small local cafe round the corner which does nice food. Kettle, hairdryer, water, crisps, toothbrushes and cups etc all provided. Bed comfy. Air con included.

Bad hotel but close to airport

The room is not at all as shown in the pictures. The toilet was dirty so we asked to change room, they sent as a lady to clean but she started cleaning with her hand only, no any cleaning product used. The blankets had hairs, so maybe not changed from the prior guests.
And to finalize our not nice stay there, at 3am a lady opened our door that was locked, so she used the key, I woke up with the sound and she just said sorry and closed the door. Considering that our room was the only one in that part of the building and that the door was locked, it is very likely she wanted to enter to steel....
If you can, try to find another place, or sleep with your money below the pillow.

Walking distance to RGN

If you need a transit and budget place to stay, this is it! Room is very small but offers everything one needs. Sounds come through easily and WiFi was out of service when we were there. Staff is friendly and communicate well in English. It just takes less than 10 minutes walking to the airport.

Very Dirty and neglected

Evitadlo. Está terriblemente sucio!! Además, de porquería por todas partes, la persiana estaba rota y entraba la claridad del amanecer. A su favor sólo puedo decir que el personal es amable y que está muy próximo al aeropuerto. Por unos pocos euros más, hay opciones infinitamente mejores. He añadido unas fotos para que se vea que no exagero!!!

Même une seule nuit, c’est trop!!

Les chambres de cet hotel sont d’une saleté repoussante. J’ai demandé à changer et c’est la première fois dans toute la vie que je fais ça, et la seconde n’était pas beaucoup mieux. Trace de semelle sur les murs, cheveux dans la Sdb, énormes taches un peu partout, et surtout cet hôtel est un repaire de moustiques d’ou les moustiquaires trouées installées sur les lits.
Le petit déjeuner se réduit à des tranches de pain de mie.
Je n’ai Pas rencontré une seule fois en un mois en Birmanie, un hôtel aussi crasseux. D’ailleurs est ce bien un hôtel ?? Et en plus, la chambre est facturée 25$, somme suffisante en Birmanie pour s’offrir une chambre agréable à cette période.
Rien ne justifie de s’arrêter dormir ici.
