Most convenient, well-maintained residence

Very pleasant place to stay (lived there for several years): Service is outstanding - whatever needs to be done happens quickly, from sharpening kitchen knives to replacing dehumidifiers.
Centrally located within walking distance to grocery stores, central railway station, Bogyoke Aung San Market, Shwedagon Pagoda.
Foreigners tend to be treated better than local patrons, though.
Pleasant swimming pool and fitness are with good trainers.
Relatively limited dining services available.

The room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Their warm hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable and is the reason I would happily return again.

One of the best places to stay in Yangon.

We had a wonderful time at this apartment in
Yangon in September .The room was spacious, clean, and very cozy, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. I'd especially like to mention the staff – incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and always ready to help. A special thank you to AK for organizing our vacation. He completely organized our sightseeing tour of the city and the trip to the Golden Rock! The friendliness and attentiveness of the staff, including at reception, created a feeling of homey comfort and genuine hospitality.
The service was top-notch: from the quick check-in to the smallest details, everything was thought out and organized with great professionalism. This stay opened up a special light to the city, and we know for sure that on our next trip to Yangon, we will definitely stay here.

Great Place to relax and see Yangon from..

Great place to stay and staff are incredible, pool area is fabulous. Its just 3000 kyat from the main Business district. Has a ATM in lower floor of Tower 2 "currency so close"Kandawadi Lake at the door."Great evening walk..
