A Memorable Stay with Stunning Views and Exceptional Hospitality
Big thanks to Binita for her kind service, Bikash at the Panoramic Restaurant for taking such good care of us, and Sandeep for helping with our luggage. Their hospitality made us feel very welcome.
A few things could improve, including better mosquito control, faster internet, and the addition of an elevator. Still, the natural beauty and overall experience made our stay memorable and worth recommending.

Worth it; recommended
What really made the trip stand out, though, was the service. Shortly after checking in, we realized the AC in one of our rooms wasn't functioning. Mr. Ujjwal (Mr. Dhakal) and his team at the front desk were incredible—they went above and beyond to rectify the situation immediately. We really wanted our two rooms to remain adjacent, and Ujjwal made it happen seamlessly. It’s clear the staff here genuinely care about the guest experience, and having that level of support felt like a massive bonus on top of the great rooms.
The food and beverage side of the operation was just as impressive. A huge shoutout to Sunil (Mr. Sapkota) and his team at the Panorama Restaurant for being so attentive. The lunch and dinner buffets had a great variety of options, and the drinks selection was excellent. One small thing to note is that there are some insects in the outdoor seating area, but that’s just part of being in such a beautiful, natural location and is completely out of the staff's control.
Overall, we were so satisfied with the level of care we received. Between the views and the hospitality from people like Ujjwal and Sunil, it was a memorable stay. Highly recommended!

I recently visited Rupakot Resort. The property is great, but the food experience was disappointing. Almost all dishes,
Almost all dishes, including sabji and chicken, were unusually sweet, making them difficult to eat. We raised the concern on time, yet were still charged. Later, staff mentioned it could have been adjusted if informed earlier, which was not the case.
The response and resolution did not feel customer-focused, and there seemed to be a lack of coordination within the team. Overall, this impacted the experience significantly.
