An other stunning stay

An other amazing stay. On the way to ABC, we had our first night at Nomad.
We choose it again as last year we really enjoy it.
Nice location, enjoy breakfast and their evening wine bar and Italian restaurant

Very bad experience at Holidays Nomad Hotel

I m cannot recommend Holiday Nomad. Our room flooded with inches of water during our stay, soaking and ruining expensive gear, books, electronics, and personal belongings. What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of accountability afterward.
Despite the serious damage and the fact that the room became barely usable, the staff refused to offer any refund, discount, or meaningful compensation. They also would not move us into a room comparable to the one we originally paid for. We were left dealing with damaged belongings and an incredibly stressful situation with little support or concern from management.
Accidents can happen at hotels but how a place responds says everything. Unfortunately, the response here was dismissive and unprofessional. If you’re traveling with valuable gear or electronics, I would strongly reconsider staying here.

The staff is impeccably gracious, helpful, friendly, and seems to know just what you want before you even ask. Breakfasts are a treat, shops and busy downtown.

The bed sheets and pillow were unclean, it was hard to sleep with dirty sheets on. The place is so loud you can't sleep peacefully. Although staff are good.

Unexpected Experience

Bad Experience in my whole life. there was no slippers in the room and room was smelling to. There is no WiFi facility in the mid of night.
Please hotel nomad you have to care Abt this things. Thank you and I hope other peoples will not suffer from that type of situation .
