Excellent service with staffs very highly cooperative and polite recommend to stay for once there hotel ambience was very nice and rooms were neat and clean also

Terrible hotel and messy

This is terrible hotel and most of staffs are not trained and whole hotel is in mess situation. From swimming pool to bedroom and bathroom completely dissatisfying. Breakfast and other dine are very low grade stuffs. I hope they will upgrade the hotel and conscious with responsible professionalism

"A Whispers of Wonder"

"Excellent service, housekeeping, and restaurant! Beds were very comfortable. The staff are very attentive and friendly. Food in the restaurant is great, and they're well prepared for power outages. WiFi worked well, and I particularly enjoyed being able to print documents at the front desk. Overall, it's a good deal for the price and also specific amenities I enjoyed, like the fitness centre or pool, and highlight the hotel's convenient location.

Staff was very friendly. I was sitting down waiting for my driver, and they came to offer me water. 
I also made a mistake with my reservation and could not refund (it was through Trip.com), and manager offered me free meals in compensation for my added costs. That was a nice touch; other hotels might not have done anything.
