The hotel is spectacular and lovely like Nepal

The hotelm is well located with plenty of amenities in a walking distance. I used to walk after my supper without any security issues. All facilities are decorated according to the nature and I always felt very relaxed. The view from the rooms are wonderful. The rooms were very clean with daily water and toiletries provided. The staff of the hotel were in general very friendly, with open hearts and always doing the their best to help. I would recommend this hotel without any hesitation.

Not suggest any other

The hotel was very dirty and very close, the service and quality were very bad
Not suggest any other person room so small chipest room 2 i have pay charges 15 thousand INR this type proprties very bed & chepst & not available drive accomedation

As per our records, your reservation was for two rooms accommodating four guests. As a gesture of goodwill, we also allowed one additional person to stay without any extra charge. Regarding your request for separate driver accommodation, we respectfully informed you that our hotel does not have dedicated driver lodging facilities within the premises.
We would also like to clarify that access to our swimming pool is subject to hotel safety and hygiene policies, which require guests to wear appropriate swimming costumes. This policy is applied equally to all guests.
We regret that you found the room size and facilities unsatisfactory. Guest feedback is important to us, and we continuously work to improve our services and facilities.
