Home away from home

This cozy hotel have become a home away from home for me. I have been using the hotel for over 4years, multiple times every year. The ambience is always welcoming, calming and nice. The location is a very good one in Abuja. All my clients are always wowed with the mood whenever we are sitted at their lounge because of the very good mood lighting and calming background music. The breakfast is good and the rooms are big, clean and well air-conditioned. What more can I say, the staffs are very courteous, kind and friendly. Even without a loyalty reward system they have always given me pecks, I appreciate that about them. Lastly, I believe I get the value for the price I pay for every stay.

Comfortable stay

The room was quiet and clean. You can see the rooms are not new anymore, but at least my room was in good condition. Overall I had a comfortable stay.
The breakfast was good. For dining there are not much other options than street food nearby, but the hotel had a 24 h kitchen. Taking Uber to the city center was inexpensive.

A good place to stay in Abuja for short or long business trips

The location is serene, rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff from the security to the receptionists to the kitchen workers are friendly and ensure you have a perfect stay.

I did not like my experience

Three things i experienced:
1. The bathroom shower stall in the Lund room leaks out water. I come out to a flooded floor after every shower. I stayed in that room for 2 nights.
2. I extended my stay and moved to the Pori room. The bathroom also had the same problem because the shower curtain doesn’t go all the way down.
3. They messed up my takeout breakfast order on the day I checked out. When I received the takeout order, I noticed no cutlery was provided. I ended up leaving it at the front desk because I had a flight to catch and I had been delayed for 15mins already.
Other than these unpleasantness, the lady (Patience) at the front desk was professional.

Perfect stay

Super staff, so kind and attentive . Hotel was a delight and an ideal base for Abuja .
