Great ambience, friendly staff

We had a very good time at Glee hotel. I first went there for a strategy meeting with my team of 30 members. The facilities were excellent. The service at the restaurant was top notch with quite a good variety of appetizing dishes prepared.
The food was so good I decided to go back again on 23rd, to treat my wife on her birthday. Even with my little one accompanying us, Ricton, the service personnel ensured we were comfortable and enjoyed our dining experience.
A big thank you to Charles the manager and Ricton for taking care of us. I'll definitely be back again and again.

Worst and Regretful experience of Stay here GLEE was not so much Glee ata all

This Hotel for the Price did not match any expectations at all , The restaurant and rooms very small , it didn't meet any standards , though I had booked for 7 days of stay , i checked out the very next day , as they didn't have any Vegetarian food options at all , they were amused & surprised at asking for Vegetarian food

STAY AT THE GLEE HOTEL

Initially, I was going to write the place off. There was an unnecessary delay in check in, the POS Machine was in use somewhere else within the hotel. I had to wait about 12 minutes, for payment and check in. The front desk staff was very Polite, but I had to struggle with my 3 suitcases upstairs, as there was no porter to assist. The same thing happened while checking out after 2 nights stay.
The breakfast was for only 1 person, I had to pay for my partner each morning, this ought to have been stated.
The room was neat, and breakfast was great.
I would not mind going back there, and would recommend it.

Amazing Hotel!!! Thank you, Glee!!!

Five stars all around! We stayed in Glee for two weeks in May. Glee hotel was everything I expected and more. If you are looking for a place on the Lagos Island that is close to everything, such as, a great location for nightlife, shopping, relaxation, and that is also on a not so busy street, stay at the Glee. The hotel is very safe, and they have high security for anyone entering and exiting the building, this gave me such a relief! Booking a taxi out of the hotel was an exceptionally smooth process. The hotel location is excellent as it is just 5-10 minutes walking/Uber distance to main attractions in Lagos, which are the party scene, shopping mall and many nearby restaurants, it was perfect. The food was of great quality as well! I stayed for 13 nights and got to know the staff well. I love the charmed and character of the place from the beautiful, spacious, and comfy room to the clean pool with its quaint lounge, to the lovely complimentary breakfast that had the most welcoming service. They are taking Covid precautions very seriously which was also great. I traveled with my friend, and we had the most fabulous time.
Pros:
The location of the hotel is PERFECT. Walking distance to the night life was PERFECT! We had a wonderful time and would stay here again.
Room: our Room was AMAZING! Every day, housekeeping switched out our shampoos/soaps, towels, added extra towels once they noticed there was more than 1 person in the room, and left our room spotless and refreshed. The beds were extremely comfortable, lots of great pillows and self-controlling AC options.
Food: Where to begin! We were extremely spoiled by the staff, especially at their complimentary breakfast. They went above and beyond to bring us meals and treats to try, assist us with the breakfast buffet (i.e., explain various dish options, bring back our full plates to free up our hands for more food, and provide anything we were missing or lacking.
Cons:
The hotel is need of a major update. The front desk décor is old and dated but we observed renovations in progress, which was great.
Overall:
Can't wait to visit Lagos again and would definitely stay at Glee.

I wasn't allowed to check in baser on my Expedia booking. I had to make another payment before I could check in and I'm yet to be refunded by Expedia.
