It was okay. For my husband he would give a solid 4-star. I am a bit more picky and felt that the Gym could’ve been better. The fact that the bar and restaurant were closed was kind of a buzz kill and it seemed a little rundown on the outside.

Good position but....

We felt that there weren't enough staff to cope with the number of guests arriving or with queries.
Our room was small, had difficult to access plug sockets and, on one wall, we needed to have an overhead light on for the sockets to work.
The room was poorly maintained, the walls were damaged, and it wasn't cleaned while we were there even though we did request it. Like other guests, we had to go and find clean towels, etc.
Most of the staff were nice and willing to help; they just seemed overwhelmed.

No aircondition, heavy traffic, no cleaning of rooms as promised.

The room was too hot. Impossibel to regulate the temperature, and the noise from traffic made it impossible to sleep. The hotel had no aircondition. We wanted the room made up after two days, but that was completely ignored even if they had asked what we wanted. That was the case for all five rooms in our group of friends. Will never stay there sgain

Rough and antipathetic employees

Excellent location and spacious room with great views and clean. Antipathetic reception staff beeeem. I asked jus to locate me from the boat tour, which is. 2 blocks from the hotel the girl said she didn't know referred me to the colleague. This laughed at our face and said we didn't know. They live from it!!!! Breakfast paid apart, worth $20 per person. I have a gluten intolerance and had snacks and other items, few. I picked up a snack to make and take during the day. People always carry fruits in the hand I took a snack and filled with 2 slices of cheese. On my side a woman started screaming in the salon saying that I should pay, that there was a plaque written in foreign languages, then I went to notice that it was charged 10 dollars. But to the screams, I was scared at the time with that timidity! What is $10 for someone who spends almost fortune on a 30-day trip? The lack of sympathy, delicacy, rudeness were screaming!!!! I took my snack and made a question of paying and showing her that I wasn't going to take hidden, but it was extremely embarrassing. I recommend the hotel, but be careful with the staff!!!

Stay Away

Checkin is badly run. There is inadequate staffing for the size of the groups coming in. When we arrived at our floor, the cleaning staff looked overwhelmed too. Dirty sheets and towels everywhere in the halls. The room appeared cleaned. Carpet smells of cigarette smoke. Furnishings dated. No basics, like a tea kettle or coffee service. It looks like they mostly book groups from the cruise lines here. Stay away!
