Clean and comfortable hotel with friendly, welcoming staff. The family room was spacious and well suited for our stay. Good value for money and a great choice for families visiting Fredrikstad.

Staff cheating on others rather than hotel guests

Unpleasant experience on the roof terrace with a very awkward older lady behind the bar. While we're ordering drinks, she's kidding down the other staff right in front of us. It is a shame for both the other employees and for us who witness it. Good enough that they may not do it right (I know nothing about it), but it is neither the right time nor the right place to take that confrontation. The boys who worked at the bar were welcoming and friendly!

Very good hotel!

Stayed here for a period of several weeks, due to housing hunt.They were so helpful, super fanatical service. Clean and nice rooms, nice size of the rooms, soundproof, quiet hotel. Feels like a home. Always a pleasant and genuine smile, pleasant conversation that met me by everyone who worked at the hotel, in the reception, the restaurant and for breakfast. Good food. Feel really welcome. Recommended on my strongest. Located in the middle of the center, short way to everything. They have a small snack bar in the reception, where you can get bought div, man needs

Miniferie in Fredrikstad

The hotel is perfectly located for walking distance to the city centre, restaurants and the brygga! Easy access by car, and good parking options. Nice service at the reception, and our room which was “standard” had good beds and a nice bathroom. We missed a “go’stol” number 2, but otherwise the room met our needs. A little simple breakfast in a little simple premises, but the hotel also has a restaurant with rooftop terrace where we had a good drink. We use enough of this hotel also on later visits.
