Not understanding people
Complete lack of consideration in human being.
They are just opened to make business and does not take into account any unexpected request you may have.
This experience has left us with a very negative feeling of the hotel and its customer service.

Healthy hotel room
Trying to get in touch with the front desk, but they were not available by phone, so we had to find ourselves another hotel.

Avoid this hotel – a frustrating experience and unacceptable service
Unfortunately, the conference was **canceled two months prior**, so we contacted the hotel hoping to receive a refund. Booking informed us that the **refund is entirely dependent on the hotel** and that they need the hotel’s approval to process it. However, **the hotel has flat-out refused to authorize the refund**, even though we were willing to cover any cancellation fee.
To make matters worse, the service we received was appalling. An employee of the hotel responded to us with **absolute arrogance**, showing no interest in helping or finding a solution. He simply repeated that we should contact Booking, even though he knew that **only the hotel can approve the refund**.
**Conclusion:** Do not book this hotel. Their lack of professionalism, terrible customer service, and complete unwillingness to resolve legitimate issues make this experience feel like a **scam**. There are plenty of other hotels in Stavanger – avoid this one at all costs.
