The personel was always very nice and help full. Breakfest was delicious and with a big choice. Great płacę to stay for few days. Close to the city center. I recomand it :)

Room 317 was very hot at night, it was 21degrees,we tried to adjust the temp. to 17degrees but it keeps comings back to 21 degrees. After 4hrs temp. went down to 20 degrees. At 10:30 am temp. became 19degrees. We opened the window just to get colder inside, but it doesnt help, we heard only noisy people outside.
So it was not a good night sleep for us.
The shower its almost broken,conditioner inside the dispenser was empty.
They also forgot to refill the sugar.
We keep coming back of this hotel because of the bubble bath and swimming pool. Its worth it.
At the reception, we were on the line next to a family of 4 to check in. There was 2 ladies at the reception, 1 lady was helping the family, and the other lady saw us already but she didnt approach us if we will checking in, then 2 ladies coming from the elevator suddenly appear and asked the lady about something, then the lady in the reception stop, and answered them. Thats the time i approached her,oh so you are available, you saw us already but didnt approached us to check in. She said shes doing something, hmmm she has the nerve to approached the other but not us.

Nice staff, small and dirty.

Nice and service-oriented staff. Nice with parking right under the hotel.
Dusty and dirty at breakfast. Carpet floor at the breakfast area, where there was plenty of old food.
Foaje was small and crowded, noko that made it crowded and chaotic when it was check-in and check-out since the elevator was right nearby.
The elevators were treig.

Nice hotel with a few weaknesses

Good location, close to the city centre, lovely lobby, decent bar, brilliant pool and sauna, very friendly staff. Rooms were average; we had a dog-friendly room with no wardrobe, the curtains were torn and the cleanliness was a bit so-so. The second room for our daughter was very good. Excellent breakfast.

Disappointing for a 4*

Too many “should have researched in advance” and not the best in cleanliness …
I have to admit that I got sent an sms the day before of our stay with a link that I bothered to read. It said we have to book the swimming pool/gym in advance , and that it will be only one session per day. Great. In their defence they have extended the schedule for children. But then we were left waiting for the cleaning of our room (which to start with was dusty). They never showed up. Apparently I had to book the cleaning myself (?). When I finally got the room done the next day they did not clean the bathroom, had the same stains than the day before (toilet not even sprayed) just clean towels and beds done and that was it.
To end the stay I ask for an alternative for our breakfast, since we were leaving early…I was told it was too late to ask for it. I understand that the evening before perhaps it was, but there was none compensation for it in any form.
Too many rules and low standards for a 4*.
Breakfast was varied and good.
