Tusen takk for at dere valgte å feire deres bryllupsdag hos oss, og for at dere tok dere tid til å dele deres erfaringer i etterkant oppholdet. Det var hyggelig å høre at dere satte pris på servicen, frokosten og våre hotellfasiliteter.
Vi beklager problemene dere opplevde med TV-en, og skal se nærmere på dette for å forbedre vår gjesteopplevelse.

Poor cleaning and disappointing breakfast
Negative: poor cleaning, claustrophobic bath, a cowardly female employee at the reception, disappointing breakfast.
A lot of dust, hair and stains in bed, bathroom and in rooms. Several items in the minibar have expired on date.
The bathroom is 1 * 2.5m, and the least I've been on. Got a claustrophobia and had to open the door when we used this.
Had awaited us great for breakfast. It's far from Stavanger's best. The selection was standard, no freshly pressed orange juice that appears on the photos, only black coffee, no strawberries or macros, no shrimp, crepe tails or other that is not also in all other hotels. Do not trust the reviewers from the past, the standard is much lower now. Completely basic and worse than other hotel chains in the city centre.

Perhapsit was her due lunchbreak , because when i arrived back to get my things from my car , she was eating her food in the front desk. felt it was a bit off , smelling the aroma of the food in the lobby . Otherwise, all good
