Abstract stay
Hotels worth is compared with the money spent against the quality of Room.
Plus
1. Location.- Queen Street view gives you access to the entire city center within less than 2 km
2. Design - the hotel is really abstract. It’s all black and white. It’s a piece of art.
3. Quality of sleep - rest assured of hundred percent of quality sleep without any noise or disruption
4. It serves good breakfast at a cost and has an Italian restaurant
Minus -
1. Parking - if you are driving, then Parking is a pain spend $35 at least for day
2. The size of Room you need to be very careful in choosing the room. Some of the rooms are as small as your kitchen.
Overall, it is a nice experience one unfortunate personal feedback to the hotel is blocking the security deposit on check-in. My total spent was $450 and the policy of hotel which is not written anywhere says that they would block $300 on top this makes no sense however, the manager was quite helpful and on request he didn’t block any funds beyond hundred dollars.
One suggestion to the hotel, you guys are using Dyson fan, which is very nice but Dyson fans have filters which needs to be cleaned every 15 days do that current maintenance is not taking place. Please clean the fan filters.
If you’re lucky, you may get a complimentary upgrade as well sometimes.

How wonderful to hear that you had such a great stay with us! We are happy that the central location and the atmosphere in our bar and restaurant were to your liking. A good first impression is everything, but a clean stay is the foundation we stay sharp on every day.
It was our pleasure to be able to give you that upgrade to the apartment; sometimes everything aligns perfectly with the planning, and we think it's great that this gave your experience that little something extra.

Great value. But maybe not in summer.
The breakfasts are unmissable- hot cooked, fruit, cereal, ham, cheese, frittata, filled croissants and muffins, cakes and more. We didn't eat again until dinner!
The rooms( we had a 1 bed unit) are small but have everything you could need. They are however very stuffy. Its pribably not the best place to be in midsummer.
We ate at the restaurant- sharing plate and wine- and the service and food were both delightful ( as was my primitivo).
We will use this hotel again.
