Nice surprise!

Do not let the view as you arrive sway your decision about staying here. We almost drove off but decided to go in and check it out first thinking what do we have to loose. So glad we did. The lady/Owner that greeted us was very helpful and took us up to have a quick look at the rooms. I didn’t have to think twice! They were great, clean, comfortable and warm. What you get for your money is well worth it.
The traffic that passes in the morning was a bit loud but that didn’t bother us.
Do yourself a favour and stop over to support a small business owner giving it a good crack.

Crappiest place ever

If you like a tv that doesn't work, view of cattle yards with the authentic stench and cattle truck noise, and a toilet bathroom that is so small you can't even reach around to wipe you know what. Not that there was enough toilet paper anyway. If all that isn't your thing then this place certainly isn't for you. Oh and the windows that are stuck closed and the one and only lighting in the room is a bare light bulb.. I could go on but I'm sure you get the idea

WE NEVER STAYED AT THE HOTEL - AS THE HOTEL HAD NO ELECTRICTY DUE TO THE STORE WE HAD IN SOUTHLAND ON THE 26TH OF OCTOBER - RESPONSE FROM THE HOTEL SEE BELOW:You required a smoking room which the hotel is smoke free, and you also wanted to use the room to facilitate working girls, and on that basis we refused entry as that behaviour is not in line with our values and beliefs, nor hotel policies

Blooming awful

Arrived to an electronic locked door, rang the night bell and stil no one arrived to let me in.Tried phoning and went straight to voice-mail, Tried contacting booking.com and told to email the place.. told id listvmy money ad u canceled but at 7pm at night I had to rebook another motel as I had no idea when or where I'd hear from someone. I went back the next day to go over the same again...do not book as you lose money and no one has the decency to help!As a solo female I wasn't feeling very safe

faulty towers extraveganza! -10000000000 stars

Worst place to stay, my first ever negative review. Booked through booking.com. My husband checked in (I was meeting him later that night) He had to be at the hospital and needed access to the bath. When checking in (used his card but my account) he didn't had the pin number they wouldn't let him check in. He explained I was about to hop on the plane to meet him and they said he needed the pin (unfortunately I had missed calls from him) and he had to book elsewhere as he needed the bath. I rang booking.com and explain the situation and they said that wasn't on. They needed to contact the hotel and the hotel wouldn't answer or return their email contact. I went and spoke to them personally and they said yes they will respond so I could get my refund... didn't happen. I went and saw them the next day and reassured me but they hadn't. Out of pocket and unfair! lady was rude and it is rundown and smelly in the lobby. The staff are awful
