Comfortable, Well-Equipped and Great Value

We stayed here for one night while travelling from Amberley to Blenheim after SH1 was closed due to flooding. We booked our accommodation on the morning of our arrival and were immediately impressed by the friendly, welcoming, and efficient service we received.
Our studio apartment was spotlessly clean, exceptionally comfortable, and very well equipped. It had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchenette, a washing machine and tumble dryer, and a spacious bathroom with both a spa bath and a separate shower. It was an ideal place to relax after an unexpected change to our travel plans.
The location is another real strength. It’s only about a 10-minute walk to the town centre and just a couple of minutes’ walk from the beautiful Maitai River walkway, which was perfect for a leisurely stroll. There was also plenty of on-site parking available during our stay.
Overall, this accommodation offers excellent value for money. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily choose to stay here again if we’re visiting the area in the future. Highly recommended.

Great motel, average parking.

Great motel. All the amenities that I needed plus a heatpump for those cooler evenings.
Carparking a bit limited and was always worried that I would not be able to get a park when returned to the motel in the evenings.

For added peace of mind, guests are also welcome to reserve a parking space in advance for $20 per night, subject to availability. Alternatively, there is free on-street parking nearby.

One of if not the best place we have stayed! Stay here!

Right from the minute we walked in the service was top notch! Lady on reception was so lovely and professional
The whole place is immaculate!
Rooms are very roomy, has everything you need, even right down to a wee night Light the pops on when you enter the bathroom at night so you don’t need a light!
We would definitely return and stay here and recommend it to anyone
We had a pool side room which would be amazing in the summer for swimming.

Haere mai. Noho mai ki konei. This is a very calm and organised space for busy business people who need to be close to town and

I often stay here and these apartments are well situated for those working in the city centre. There is local gym access which I really appreciate as a busy person and so many ammenities nearby such as a supermarket, restaurants and shops.

As always I enjoyed my stay here and the staff were alll very welcoming and helpful. My room was clean and modern and well maintained.
