Wouldnt call it a backpackers - only other people we have seen around did not seem like travelers and the whole place had a bit of a sketchy vibe. We had a double room with ensuite and there was also a kitchen there (which we didn’t use). Everything looked a bit rundown and the bed was very worn out. The room also had a bit of an unpleasant smell to it which I believed to be urine… wouldnt stay there again. On the positive site, check in was very easy and the staff member we met was very friendly.

homeless shelter

Do be aware that this accommodation is used for homeless housing and has issues with noise, violence and other social issues.
i went in to collect an acquaintance and didnt feel safe. I quickly suggested they move somewhere more safer and quieter - and they did.

Worst accomodation I’ve ever stayed.

Worst accomodation I’ve ever stayed in. It’s robbery for the price. Shower doesn’t work, room if filthy. Person next door blasting music and the tv all night with the same song on repeat, while smoking weed. The walls are paper thin, so no escaping the noise.

Slow to get into the accommodation. The staff member was pleasant. Room was basic. Had a very poor mattress and a single bed that was too small for me.
The night was interrupted was excessive coughing and hacking up of phlegm by one resident. Very load TVs at 02:30 by a guest. Managed to get 3 hours of sleep from shear fatigue.

New apartment @ $850 for 5 nughts

Super cheap Bed didn’t even have a mattress protector and just a thin synthetic sheet...entrance to apartment was dodgy (see photos) and was dark. Wifi glitched continuously. Above a nightclub which isn’t mentioned so bloody noisy... and to top it off, you can’t lock the front door. Wtf???stay elsewhere.
