Amazing staff. Nice get away.
Right from the time of booking and planning, the staff were very helpful. I got a call back based on my email. We came here to celebrate my wife's birthday for a little get away. Huda called me and reassured that they will take care of everything. She also helped with booking the Dhow cruise. When we got back to the room, it was lovely to see the decorations in the room along with a nice cake. The decorations were elaborate and had a personal touch. We also got help with the extra bed requirements for the kids. I would also like to mention special thanks to the rest of the team including Elizabeth and Mazher. You went beyond your normal call of duty to make this trip special. The crew in the restaurant and other staff in the hotel were attentive and friendly. The place has a nice and quiet vibe. We would recommend this place to anyone considering.

Good Hotel...
Location: OK, but we had a rental car (unrelated: for more freedom, a car is welcome).
Check-in and welcome: very good.
Room: large, clean, comfortable bed.
Activities in the hotel: acceptable (swimming pool, gym).
Breakfast: a little sparse for a 4-star hotel, even though we were there in the low season.
The service and staff more than made up for any minor shortcomings.
So, the downsides:

If you're going to Khasab stay here!
Second visit and just as good as the first. Very welcoming, nice large rooms ( although a couple of us had rooms with a slight 'odour' which we were told is due to the wood in the ceiling) and good breakfasts.

Beautiful Omani-made hotel
Very nice hotel, well located by the water, with typical decoration that changes from international hotel. Large room and nice bathroom. Good bedding. In the evening a superb buffet is presented in a beautiful garden. The only downside is a meat and fish grill space for this buffet and there is nothing to indicate that it is not included and that you have to pay an extra. It is only at the end of the meal that the waiter asks you if you have consumed grills and if you need to pay the amount. It’s a bit cavalier or even dishonest! It would be better to post it in front of the BBQ. However memorable stay for 2 nights.

Unhonest management style
Inflexible and unhelpful at all, if the only care is to get the money regardless anything else, i really feel unfair from the reservation team, after they accepted to change dates and i am trying to recommend dates , in one day they have changed completely and now not changing dates and not offering any solution, why because they said it clearly we have already got the money. Very unfair and i don't forgive them at all
