A very nice and friendly hotel.
I can only recommend it from the heart.
The staff is very friendly and takes great care of the guests. Moreover, everyone here has very good English skills. In-room dining is also great when you are too tired to go out.
The food was absolutely delicious and always prepared with great dedication. Mr. Mr. Haider has done a great job here. Super friendly, open, and accommodating.
The hotel is also very clean, modern, and you can really feel the luxury service here.
You will not regret it.
The staff is very friendly and takes great care of the guests. Moreover, everyone here has very good English skills. In-room dining is also great when you are too tired to go out.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at the Kempinski Muscat. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect at every step.
The quality of service is simply exceptional without a doubt the best we have ever experienced. Every member of the staff demonstrates remarkable professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail.
The spa is a true haven of peace. The treatments offered, the quality of the products, and the excellence of the care were all absolutely perfect. The food is delicious, and the service whether by the pool or in the restaurants is impeccable. We were especially touched by the many thoughtful attentions given to guests, which made the experience even more unique and memorable.
We would like to extend a very special thank you to Nada and Atena for their warm welcome, kindness, and thoughtful attentions. They truly contributed to making our stay even more special.

Can’t fault this hotel, stayed here via Qatar Airlines and nothing was too much trouble
Being an Ex GM - I know what to look for and this hotel was 5 ⭐️
Tajin Assistant Manager “Kitchen Restaurant” did a fantastic job with such a busy place - the staff worked their socks off also
Exec Chef well done to get the amount of food out on time and hot, I’m aware it’s not just you but you should be proud of the team you have
1 thing that wasn’t the best “the steam room” never seamed to get hot to sit in - gym staff don’t know how to fix it so for 5 days so far I didn’t use the steam. But the Sauna was brilliant

Special appreciation to Suman (Hostess), Karan, and Sawrnit for their excellent teamwork and dedication. Suman welcomed every guest with a warm smile and ensured a smooth dining experience. Great experience
During the reservation process, I noticed that other hotels often required advance payments or insurance deposits. However, from the moment I booked at the Kempinski, the difference in the level of service was immediately clear. I was treated with trust and respect, and that trust made me feel even more confident in the hotel.
Later, when I checked in, that same exceptional level of hospitality continued—from the reception desk all the way to the poolside staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, professional, and polite, always greeting me and my family with a genuine smile.
I always say that a good holiday starts and ends at the hotel, and Kempinski certainly made my trip a memorable one from beginning to end.
Later, when I checked in, that same exceptional level of hospitality continued—from the reception desk all the way to the poolside staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, professional, and polite, always greeting me and my family with a genuine smile.
