Very good value for money
Very smiling staff.
Good restaurant and another good restaurant right next door.
Standard novotel rooms, nothing to say.
In the bathroom, it is a very high bathtub and a bit difficult to access. It's a shame they're not showers.
The only problem is the cleaning done very superficially only on request: bed made, bathroom with change of towels and emptied garbage cans.
No vacuum cleaners or dirty glass changes.
It is a shame that there is no bottle of water available in the room while there is coffee and tea.

Cependant, nous regrettons que certains détails n'aient pas entièrement satisfait vos besoins. Notre service de ménage quotidien inclut normalement un nettoyage complet, et nous restons à disposition pour tout besoin spécifique durant le séjour.
Par ailleurs, notre situation géographique privilégiée près du centre historique de Breda permet effectivement de découvrir facilement les richesses culturelles de la région. Nous espérons que vous avez pu profiter de cette localisation pratique lors de vos déplacements.

Avoid
To add misery we were made to wait for over an hour, with no prior warning of this, for the food we ordered. When two out of four plates arrived, one was cold and had to be sent back. It took another 20 mins for it to come back, along with the other 2 meals we were waiting for and all they had done was microwave the food. To make it worse, the surf and turf was so badly cooked the prawns couldn't be eaten.
When we asked why it was taking so long we were told they were busy, there were 8 people in the restaurant, when I pointed this out we were told its because of the football team and they were prioritising preparing all their food for TOMORROW. If they had told us there would have been a wait we could have gone to the restaurant over the road. It is poor organisational skills to only plan staff to cover the following days food demand, with restaurant guests being squeezed in between leading to over hour long waits, cold food, and poor quality is not acceptable to then be woken up by the screaming and shouting made this stay awful.
In addition the walls are thin so you can hear your neighbours talking. We do not recommend.
Oh, and if you book through booking.com, booking.com charge the hotel a fee, but the hotel pass that fee on to you.

Poor stay
Standard Novotel rooms. I had a dinner and despite waiting 35 minutes the meat was good. Service good as well. I had two major issues though: the old building doesn’t help with soundproofing and the vent in the toilet kept going all night long and this was noisy and spoiled my night. On top of that one of the worst breakfasts I had in years in an hotel of this standard. Look at the pictures and if you travel much like me you get the point. Funny enough they didn’t even had English breakfast black Tea! And when I asked for it the guy in charged seemed annoyed by my request and answered - this is what we have !!!
