A cup of coffee and a cake with nice view!

We spontaneously went for a coffee at the teras and we really enjoyed it.the staff were helpful and friendly and the cake was delicious and presented in a nice way!a nice spot for coffee break/lunch especially if you re with the boat or bike!

Disappointing

My single room was very small and the bathroom large in comparison. I found it quite a depressing atmosphere - just a bed a chair a small cupboard and a tv. Given the name of the place I was expecting to be able to have dinner there but a note in the room informed me that the restaurant was closed that night (a Saturday) so I had to go out after a long day's driving.
The location is lovely by the canal and for those wanting cycling or canoeing it's marvellous. The staff I met were friendly and the place was clean but this did not make up for the room being like a cheap student hostel in the 1970s (when I was a student!)

Bad service / slechte service

Rude staff serving private parties, passing you with trays full of wine but if you ask for a glass to take to your room the answer is no. Manager who is too busy steaming hot chocolate to listen to feedback. Priority given to private parties, not guests.
Slechte service. Erg teleurstellend.

Vorsicht!

Wir hatten im September 2022 ein Familientreffen im Hotel de Buizerd. Versehentlich wurde die Gesamtrechnung gleichzeitig zwei Personen unserer Gruppe in Rechnung gestellt und auch bezahlt. Wir hatten den Aufenthalt also doppelt bezahlt. Ein Teil davon wurde vom Hotel zurückerstattet, ein Restbetrag in dreistelliger Höhe trotz mehrerer Erinnerungen und Mahnungen meinerseits allerdings nicht. Eine Begründung dafür erhielt ich ebenfalls nicht. Das Hotel liegt eigentlich sehr schön – direkt am Kanal, das Frühstück war gut und das Personal nett. Wegen des unkorrekten Verhaltens der Geschäftsleitung werden wir von weiteren Aufenthalten aber absehen.

Lekker hotel in mooie omgeving

Met 5 stellen op de fiets, hier overnacht. Erg vriendelijke ontvangst. De dame was helemaal alleen. Ook geen kok zodat we elders moesten eten. Kamers beetje gedateerd. Douchekop lekte en ook de kraan. Erg grote doucheruimte. Dat dan weer wel. Lekkere bedden. Mooi gelegen aan het water. Fietsen werden gestald in een zaal die toch niet gebruikt werd. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en erg lekker.
